If you would like to hear a piece of music played on Canterbury Hospital Radio, you can use this form to send us details of your request. The request can be either for yourself, or for a relative or friend who is a patient in the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
Requests can also be submitted through a standard phone, or using the Patientline bedside system.
