Listening-in and placing a request using Patientline

You can listen-in to CHR and talk to the presenter FREE OF CHARGE using a Patientline terminal, if your bed is equipped with one. The pictures and instructions below explain how to listen-in and how to call the studio using the phone.


Listening-in

 

  1. Press the red "Radio" button.
  2. Use the "Programme" arrow-up or arrow-down buttons to select Channel 1.
  3. Adjust the volume to suit your preference.

Calling the studio

 

  1. Lift the 'phone receiver.
  2. Press the dark grey button, as shown in the photo on the right.
  3. Wait for someone to answer, or for the answerphone to play a greeting, then leave your request..
